Senior Business Development Manager, ICAP Consultants

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) to develop and grow the Credit Risk Management and Compliance capability in Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus with the support of an excellent team of hand-picked professionals from the Head Office. The SBDM reports to the Head of Management Consultants and works close with the Country Managers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and new customer acquisition  
  • Consult clients based on best practices and ICAP capabilities / experience
  • Ability to follow a structured sales cycle methodology in cooperation with the Management Consulting Head Office and Country Account Managers
    • Target Account Planning
    • Lead generation, network utilization, introduction to new prospects and customers
    • Follow up calls and meeting arrangements to present the solutions and services
    • Presentation. Deliver high quality presentations and / or arrange presentation for the Head Office Experts Team.
    • Offer. Provide input about the customer / prospect and the competition for the offer preparation.
    • Closing. Supported by the Athens team and the Country Manager / Account Managers. Keeps attention to results and closings.  
    • Provide forecast, pipeline and KPI reporting. KPIs include revenue, contracted values, pipeline growth, number of new clients, completed prospecting projects.
    • Grow and cultivate a C-level and decision maker network. Nurture and identify business opportunities where we can add value to prospect clients, understand the prospect’s needs and discuss in business terms how these can be covered by ICAP solutions.
    • Observe market trends / customer needs and provide input to Head Office
    • Weekly reporting to Head Office
    • Collaboration with local office sales teams

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications/Skills/Personality:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development/sales of consulting and software for medium to large enterprises (Financial Institutions, Corporates, SMEs)
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk Management and Compliance Software Solutions
  • Proven ability to network with decision makers and C-level executives.
  • Strong in generating leads and account management
  • Excellent ability to communicate and deliver high quality presentations
  • Can demonstrate passion for business innovation based on technology
  • Keeps an attention to results; takes pride in producing results (business development and sales)
  • Creative, results oriented, positive thinking and passionate. “Can do” attitude
  • Understand technology as the enabler for business
  • University education ideally combining Technology with Credit Risk or Finance
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Greek and English.
