💼 Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
Assist Italian-speaking customers with product inquiries and guide them in selecting the right solutions
Handle after-sales requests, including order tracking, returns, and warranty-related support
Deliver outstanding service via phone, chat, or email
Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00
(Working in shifts within this range, 8h per day, 40h per week)

🎯 What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher) – mandatory
Good command of English for internal communication
