As a CRM Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that technology genuinely supports business growth.

Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.

Configuration & Customization: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client specifications and enhance user experience.

Project Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

System Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform testing to ensure solutions meet expectations and resolve any issues during implementation.

Training & Support: Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure smooth use of Dynamics 365.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements to keep client solutions efficient and current.
🟨What You Offer

Βachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another related field.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or other modules).

Strong configuration and customization skills in Dynamics 365, with the ability to implement and optimize CRM solutions.

Proven experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into effective CRM solutions.

Solid understanding of CRM processes and workflows, with the ability to analyze and improve business operations.

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and explain technical concepts clearly.
🌟A great asset
• Prior experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Valid Microsoft certifications – advantage
