We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new e-shop focused on menstrual care and wellness products. This role is on-site (Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 17:30) at our office and storage facility in Athens city center.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Manage end-to-end operations of the e-shop  
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers  
- Oversee inventory levels and warehouse organization  
- Coordinate with courier and logistics providers  
- Communicate with external partners (lawyers, accountants, etc.)  
- Ensure smooth day-to-day fulfillment of orders  
- Supervise packaging, labeling, and storage procedures  
- Monitor product restocking and handle purchase orders  
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns  
- Suggest improvements for customer experience and operations  
- Ensure compliance with product regulations and company policies  

Requirements:  
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations (preferably in wellness or FMCG sector)  
- Excellent organizational and communication skills  
- Fluent in Greek and English  
- Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
 Comfortable managing both office duties and warehouse-related tasks  
- Based in Athens — on-site presence is required (no remote work option)
