We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our purchasing processes, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services necessary for our operations.

The role is all about managing the procurement of services and equipment to meet both our current and future company needs in the most effective and budget-friendly ways. You'll be applying procurement regulations along with other relevant policies and guidelines to make it all happen!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
• Support the senior buyers in developing purchasing strategies and policies.
• Explores the market to identify potential new suppliers and recommends innovative partnerships, all with the goal of enhancing the company's competitive edge.
• Negotiates and agrees on the terms of cooperation with each supplier, manages annual cooperation contracts in accordance with the company's policy and supervises their implementation.
• Evaluates and prioritizes Purchase Requests, conducts market research, compares various offers, chooses the ideal supplier, prepares and issues the Purchase Order, and ensures the seamless delivery of goods and services.
• Ensures and updates the ERP so that the delivery times of purchase orders are reliable.
• Evaluates potential or existing suppliers at periodic intervals, based on an approved evaluation process.
• Oversees and delegates the payment responsibilities to the cashier for our suppliers.
• Takes charge of resolving issues that come up, such as claims, returns, and recommendations, while coordinating and supervising the execution of the agreed-upon solutions.
• Manages and updates the company's vehicle fleet platform, assigns and distributes the pool cars according to daily needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Ecomonics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing will be highly considered.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Prior experience in ERP systems will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
