MAN Energy Solution Hellas Ltd is looking for an Account Manager handle will be responsible for a specific number of customer accounts in the Hellenic territory and will promote product and service portfolio for all Strategic Business Units represented by MAN Energy Solutions Hellas Ltd.

Essential Duties / Tasks:
Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned accounts, in line with company objectives, to grow revenue in a profitable and sustainable way both short and long term.
Promoting and Selling Diesel Engine Components, Upgrade Systems, Academy courses, technical service and similar packages
Coordinating with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the global organization to effectively and professionally achieve results
Meeting annual sales targets plus other Key performance indicators
Following up on sales quotations, negotiating and visiting customers based on a weekly plan and company processes
Closely liaising with ship owner and vessel management companies, handling their questions and disputes, and providing technical support in coordination with technical department
Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
Identifying and developing prospect opportunities for the complete portfolio of products and services Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Reporting on a regular basis to the Head of Department
Requirements: Basic qualifications:
University degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent command of English language, oral and written
Knowledge of diesel engine(s)
Additional qualifications and experience:
Minimum 4 years of Sales experience, preferably in Maritime industry or multinational company
Master or Business Management Degree will be considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as a member of a team
Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to the work place
Developing relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.
