Resolute Cepal Greece Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Delivery Manager to oversee the Group’s technology operations, manage the external IT service provider under a defined SLA, and lead/communicate key IT initiatives across the Group and its subsidiaries, REInvest, RCC, REGenerate, Resolute Hellas and its Data and AI arm, ReDataset.
The role blends strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring technology aligns with business goals while maintaining cost control, reliability, and compliance to ISO 27001 standards. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, while navigating the diverse priorities of multiple business entities.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or similar roles.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral, is considered essential.
- Proven experience managing third-party IT service providers under SLA agreements.
- Demonstrated experience working within ISO 27001-compliant environments.
- Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management frameworks.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills.
- Strong understanding of networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
- Advanced knowledge Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement technology-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor performance of the external IT service provider to ensure compliance with SLA terms, uptime targets, and support responsiveness.
- Serve as the primary decision maker on IT-related matters including infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and technology procurement, in alignment with ISO 27001 controls.
- Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop, manage, and track the IT budget, comparing actual expenditures against forecasts and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee company-wide technology lifecycle management (hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, and licensing).
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Unit heads to identify technology needs and ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and business continuity through appropriate planning and oversight of backup and recovery activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential vendors to recommend strategic upgrades and innovations.
