ICAP Companies - with 56 years of business experience and 1.000 employees are, cumulatively, one of the largest B2B Service Providers in South East Europe, offering a wide range of services and products grouped into 2 major categories: Credit Risk & Business Information Solutions, and Human Capital & Outsourcing Solutions.

ICAP seeks to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer to join our Human Capital Division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the Company’s vision and values and strengthen people’s motivation and engagement through targeted activities
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process
  • Design and maintain HR policies and ensure HR processes, policies and procedures are consistently administered throughout the organization
  • Analyze training needs and design development plans at organizational, team and individual level
  • Prepare HR related reports for the Top Management
  • Maintain constant communication with counterparts in Group’s subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the Group’s policies
  • Manage the Internships Program
  • Organize Staff Events & CSR activities and participate in employer branding activities
  • Participation in various ad hoc projects (ex. ISO Assurance Program, GDPR compliance etc)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα


  • BSc in business, human resources or any other related field
  • MSc in a relevant field or MBA would be a definite plus
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant position with main focus on recruitment responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)
