Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our METLEN METALS - Zeologic team in Sindos, Thessaloniki.

Your role will encompass:

• Support and collaboration in Proposal Management together with the Technical and Tendering Departments.
• Participation in project permitting procedures and preparation of technical and environmental studies (Environmental Studies, EIA documentation, etc.) to ensure completion of project deliverables.
• Management and monitoring of technical correspondence with clients, external partners, consultants, and supervision of deliverables' progress and technical completeness.
• Coordination of daily technical activities and monitoring of procedures' progress, including planning alignment and qualitative data analysis related to assigned proposals.
• Identification of potential project risks and implementation of preventive and mitigation actions.
• Ability to understand and prepare technical documentation such as drawings, process flow diagrams, and specification analysis.
• Collaboration with the Engineering Department for the development of process engineering documentation including drawings, process flow diagrams, layouts, 3D models, and technical specifications.

What you bring to the role:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation and involvement in Environmental Studies.
• Experience with Public Sector projects will be considered an asset.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Flexibility, motivation, and strong team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in multicultural project teams across different locations and time zones.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and time pressure.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Project Management software (e.g., Primavera) will be considered an asset.
