About the role
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative duties and providing support in the department’s activities and projects. The role involves general sales and marketing support, media & sales visits organisation, and events coordination. This fixed-term role is based in Athens and might require occasional travel to the resort in Kéa.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Regularly monitor and update brand collateral and in-resort promotional material.
· Draft and coordinate visit itineraries, and assist with media, influencer, and FAM trips.
· Assist with events organisation and management and support with content productions.
· Maintain and update CRM and other online systems and tools (i.e. Salesforce).
· Assist with administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing department.
· Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional gifts and giveaways.
· Support with tracking of the department budgets and expenditures.
· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
· Follow up on queries, deadlines, and other projects assigned by the Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing &.Communications.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree will be considered an asset)
· Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing/Communications in luxury hospitality
· Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Confidence in working under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
· A self-motivated, proactive team player with excellent organizational skills.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
