Account Manager @ Thessaloniki

What you will do

  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to meet and exceed annual volume, revenue, and pipeline targets
  • Generate new business through existing customer relationships and prospective customer networks
  • Use strategic discovery and probing techniques to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, and recommend tailored business solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional internal teams to develop strategic marketing and product plans, ensuring KPI alignment and execution
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports for clients and senior leadership
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining ongoing communication with the sales team
  • Proactively recommend actions to improve sales performance and uncover new growth opportunities

What we expect from you  

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Business acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Solid commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
