is seeking to employ a talented, driven & committed:
Regional Sales Executive
to join our International Markets team in Athens
The role:
In this position, as member of the International Markets team, you will focus on both new market development and further penetration of existing ones, aiming in achieving the annual sales and marketing goals while maintaining high standards of commercial management within the area of responsibility.
How you will contribute:
- Search and analyze data per region such as current changes and trends, supply and demand, positioning of competitors, stakeholders, networking etc. and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales objectives and create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local distributors, oversee annual plans, based on trade policies and agreements.
- Monitor in regular bases the implementation of the approved trade policy within the area of responsibility and analyzing the relevant P&L data.
What you will bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales roles, ideally with international exposure
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or MSc in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field
- Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must. Additional EU languages valuable
- Business Development and negotiation skills
- Effective communication; navigating through different audiences
- Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications and SAP
- Self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
- Ability to identify risks and issues and to alert managers as appropriate
- High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
- Travel availability ( 50% per month)
