Organizational Design & Associates Engagement Manager


Position Requirements

  • Supports in defining and organizing the structure of the company
  • Creates and depicts job descriptions/ titles or re-visits existing job descriptions to reflect changes and be aligned with Group’s 
  • Creates the appropriate accountabilities and targets per job position, in cooperation with the Heads of each department
  • Facilitates the process of the new job position creation
  • Audits job roles as potential changes of job descriptions are identified, while implements and maintains the rules for the span of control
  • Maintains the consistency and integrity of the Job Roles within the business through effective systems and processes for Job Analysis and Evaluation
  • Maintains and enhances the job evaluation methodology
  • Supports in conducting regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient.
  • Identifies external trends and recognizes best practice which will increase diversity among the associates 
  • Coordinates all necessary activities related to the development and implementation of annual Associates Engagement Survey (AES), in cooperation with his/ her manager.
  • Analyzes the AES results and prepares all necessary communications, while cooperating with line managers to develop appropriate action planning and proceeds in follow ups, ensuring goals are met.
  • Reviews on a regular basis, existing corporate policies and procedures and designs new, to support in the reinforcement of a diverse workplace
  • Cooperates with the Group, in order to be informed about policies and initiatives related to D&I


Candidate Profile

  • BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business, Finance or any relevant field.

MSc would be considered an asset

  • 7 years' experience providing change management strategy development and solutions
  • Results orientation, accountability and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing expectations on major change initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and problem solve complex organizational systems.
  • Ability to clearly explain/communicate complex information and data.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention-to-detail.
  • Demonstrated independent decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills
