On behalf of our client, ELPEDISON, we are looking to recruit a B2B Sales Representative.

The position

Responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, achieving Sales targets, handling customer service, keeping up with company 's KPI s and building an expansive network of professional referrals in the designated area of responsibility.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Presents, promotes and sells company's products, services and special offers to prospective and existing customers
  • Implements sales strategy through direct channels for the Small Medium Enterprises Business Customers segments
  • Acts as an 'Energy advisor' by providing solid analysis and information regarding the company's products offer and services and by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential / existing customers to meet their needs
  • Crosses and upsells products and services at every given opportunity
  • Prepares sales contracts and monitors the contract procedure
  • Keeps oneself up to date with the company's latest products & services on offer
  • Keeps oneself up to date with competition's products & services and
  • Greek energy market trends and updates
  • Is involved in the Sales Leads management and respective follow ups
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reaches out to customer leads through local market scanning, taking benefit of leads, cold calling and D2D approach
  • Creates routing plan in collaboration with the SMEs Sales Manager, the Store manager and HQ
  • Reaches and exceeds personal sales targets, leads generation management targets and KPIs
  • Knows and applies the data protection laws when and where relevant.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyzes the territory / market's potential, tracks sales and status reports
  • Is involved in supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Is continuously improved through feedback
  • Proactively identifies areas of improvement and promptly suggests them to the SMEs Sales Manager, to the Store manager and to HQ


Customer Service
  • Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follows Company's communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handles and carefully responds to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Aims to resolve issues end to end
  • Provides customer feedback to the SMEs Sales Manager, Store Manager and HQ


Main Qualifications/People Characteristics
  • BSc in Business or Social Sciences
  • MSc will be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a B2B Sales Representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Familiarity with the Energy sector will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Solid communication & negotiation skills and ability to establish strong and efficient relationships with key partners
  • Team spirit & ability to cooperate at all levels
  • Accountability & results orientation
