Medical Secretary / Clinical Coordinator (Athens & Remote Support for London Clinic)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Secretary / Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a long-term basis. This role supports our busy dermatology clinics, with on-site responsibilities at our Athens location and remote collaboration with our London clinic.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service; previous experience in a medical setting is a strong asset.

Fluency in English is essential – ability to understand and communicate clearly across various accents. Native or bilingual speakers are preferred. Candidates who have lived in English-speaking countries will be highly regarded.

Manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

Coordinate with insurance providers for patient authorizations and claim follow-ups.

Issue invoices and handle payment processing.

Support and contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns through team collaboration.

Promote additional clinic services to existing patients.

Work closely with doctors and clinic management to optimize appointment scheduling and time efficiency.
