Operations
We provide mainly German-speaking customer support for international clients across phone, email, and back-office operations.
Currently, we manage 21+ active projects across various industries, including e-commerce, IT & software support, data services, and the automotive sector. Our work includes both inbound and outbound communication, as well as email handling, administrative tasks, back-office processes, and contract-related cases.
This variety ensures that our teams gain experience with different systems, workflows, and customer expectations, making each project distinct and dynamic.
Our work environment is structured and transparent. Employees always know what is expected, how performance is measured, and where there is room for improvement. We operate with clear processes, defined KPIs, and practical tools, avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Locations
We operate four physical locations in Northern Greece: Iasmos, Komotini, Kavala, and Xanthi. These offices serve as local hubs for collaboration, training, and team support, offering a structured on-site working environment for those who prefer hybrid or office-based work.
In addition, we offer fully remote work as a standard option, not as an exception.
You can work from anywhere in Greece, provided you have a stable internet connection and a suitable working setup. We also provide the necessary equipment to ensure you are fully prepared from day one.
