One of TOP performing real estate tech startups in USA is hiring a Members Care Support Supervisor to manage the existing members and coordinate the daily communication related to customer service.
We are looking for someone to join us as a talented and result-driven team Member at our back-office team in Athens.
Overseeing and assessing Team activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Monitoring the team’s performance
Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
Responding to incoming support ticket requests, complaints, and feedback;
Forwarding, assigning, and escalating requests/inquiries to relevant individuals and departments;
Contacting members to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries;
Coordinating and quality control of property maintenance activities including work conducted by handymen, housekeepers and vendors on behalf of June Homes or Landlord;
Reaching out landlords, submitting requests and supporting materials for fixing problems related to property maintenance in accordance with applicable regulations and undertaking follow up actions;
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, be prepared to handle emergency situations;
Collaborate with the Sales team/Success team to handle issues with new & existing members;
Monitoring the customer satisfaction levels & gathering data upon move-out of a member;
Maintaining confidentiality of information;
Providing Excellent Customer service and a “June Homes: Make it Work" Attitude;
Performing other duties as the need arises.
Fluent speaking/writing English
(3+ years) Experience in building/property management
(Preferred) Experience in Hospitality
Undergrad College Degree in Business, Communication, PR or related field suggested, or equivalent professional experience.

General knowledge of building systems, examples: roofs, boilers, elevators and etc. Preference is given to candidates knowing building systems, construction and housing codes;
Experienced in supervision of maintenance programs of the properties;
Excellent client-service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with members and landlords;
Ability to write professional correspondence;
An intelligent problem-solver who is confident in getting things done;
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently;
Fluent in spreadsheets and office applications;
Ready to work extended hours on a shift basis (2 pm - 2 am)
Disciplined, Systematic, Entrepreneurial;
