The Senior Designer will work on multiple projects simultaneously. He/She will undertake research, ideation and production to meet client expectations. They develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, presenting design work at multiple phases of a project.

Responsibilities:
- Learn about the client’s competitive environment and critical business objectives.
- Forecast the scope of work, timeline, and staff hours it will take to deliver the project.
- Develop initial brand concepts and aesthetic guidelines for the project. 
- Produce mid- to large-scale projects from brief to final design
- Provide printing specifications, review and approve final print/production files, color proofs and prototypes.
- Maintain expertise in latest design and production software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,).

Qualifications:
- BA, BFA, or equivalent experience in design, fine art, or related subject
- At least 5 years working as a Designer
- Full skills in Adobe Creative suit (illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Xd) 
- English language proficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
