Plan, organize and implement of strategy of digital marketing (Influence marketing strategy) by the Marketing Manager
Responsible for the online marketing strategies of the organization (development and implementation).
Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns. Maintain and supply content for the organizations’ websites.
Daily monitoring of company's Social Media . Manage, optimize and plan of all social media campaigns (day-to-day activities). Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc
Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
Correct any error in online content and arrange webinars
Attend networking events and product launches.
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc (incl. video shooting and editing)
Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments. •
Work on SEO and Keyword Analysis of the website pages
Google Analytics. Google AdWords (Search Ads-Display-Remarketing)
Reporting and measurement of effectiveness through descriptively statistics.
Enhancement of awareness, engagement and conversion by creating relevant strategy and digital content in both Greek and English
Google (Funnels) analytics monitoring for more profitable conversion campaigns
ROAS optimization for profitable actions
Ensure brand consistency both online/offline and create digital strategies that align with business goals (On-Site SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO)
Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns
Responsible for monthly reporting on advertising campaigns, social media accounts and website performance
Training sessions with clients on personal and corporate online presence and social accounts handling, the online advertising environment, advertising tools available by Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, Google Analytics & Search Console, Facebook Insights, SEO
Monitoring/ designing interactive applications
Working closely with website developer agencies/ application agencies
Responsible to maintain a coherent message in all campaigns based on brand’s image
Project-managed end-to-end all campaigns; ensuring they meet all the objectives
Create relationships with several reputable influencers and bloggers
Work with all internal organization’ s teams ( sales, marketing , technical department) to ensure brand consistency and the quality/profitability of projects
Worked with data-driven mentality under strict deadlines as set by the Marketing Manager
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media( B2B will be considered a plus), Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM_basic knowledge) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional organizational, communication and writing skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator or other media editing software will be considered a plus
Experience in keyword research, competitor's analysis, outreach, link building, content marketing, technical optimization Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments especially in practical terms
Deep knowledge of, and interest in all social media platforms and analytics
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive strategies which deliver results
Experience in managing multiple channels and managing projects remotely
Ability to forge internal relationships and maintain fluid workflow with cross-functional teams
BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
