Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic CRM Project Lead to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a key member of our Salesforce Practice, your role as a CRM Project Lead will focus on the delivery Salesforce CRM engagements, by understanding objectives for our clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure at Deloitte, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Take full ownership and lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise Salesforce projects
  • Act as the single point of contact with Client’s key stakeholders
  • Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
  • Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
  • Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
  • Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
  • Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
  • Plan and execute IT projects throughout the different project stages: from initiation and planning,  to monitoring and reporting project execution and finally to project closure
  • Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form
  • Manage project dependencies and capacities
  • Gain expertise on best practice approaches in project management to improve the efficiency of project implementation and project communication
  • Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects


OUR REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or other related field
  • Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise cloud applications
  • Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g. Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2)
  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience in Energy & Utilities or Telco industries will be considered a strong plus
  • Experience in CRM Projects will be considered a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce will be considered a plus
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
