Position Overview
The Cook B supports the Head Cook (Cook A) in the daily operation of the
kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, smooth workflow and adherence to
hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Support the Head Cook in food preparation and service
⢠Execute breakfast à la carte dishes
⢠Assist with snack and all-day menu production
⢠Participate in daily mise en place
⢠Handle room service orders when required
⢠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
⢠Collaborate with Prep Cook and service team
