Position Overview

The Cook B supports the Head Cook (Cook A) in the daily operation of the
kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, smooth workflow and adherence to
hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities


• Support the Head Cook in food preparation and service
• Execute breakfast Ć  la carte dishes
• Assist with snack and all-day menu production
• Participate in daily mise en place
• Handle room service orders when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Collaborate with Prep Cook and service team


Profile


• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Familiarity with breakfast Ć  la carte or simple all-day menus
• Organised, calm and reliable
• Team-oriented attitude
