Position Overview
The Cook B supports the Head Cook (Cook A) in the daily operation of the
kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, smooth workflow and adherence to
hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support the Head Cook in food preparation and service
ā¢ Execute breakfast Ć la carte dishes
ā¢ Assist with snack and all-day menu production
ā¢ Participate in daily mise en place
ā¢ Handle room service orders when required
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
ā¢ Collaborate with Prep Cook and service team
