What you'll do

The role is responsible for driving and supporting the adoption of an agile mindset, practices, and toolsets to facilitate the company's transformation. The Enterprise Agile Coach collaborates with key stakeholders and works closely with Agile practitioners and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement in both agile practices and organizational processes.

More specifically you will:
• Influence multiple teams and drive agility across the entire organization
• Focus on individual teams-based on capacity and strategic priorities-to pilot and refine Agile principles before scaling them organization-wide
• Drive the Agile transformation and champion cultural change at an organizational level
• Coach Leadership, mentor teams, and ensure alignment of Agile practices across all functions
• Enhance cross-team collaboration by identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, and supports teams in finding effective solutions, coordinating with other teams, proactively ensuring timely resolution
• Engage on a temporary basis to establish foundational frameworks, define principles, and lead the initial Agile adoption
• Provide training and mentoring to teams, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Tribe Leads, and executives, while educating team members on Scrum principles
• Advocate enterprise-wide agility and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Who you are

• MSc or BSc in Computer Sciences and/or Business Studies combining technical savviness
• Extensive experience in Agile practices and organizational change management practices
• Strong agile leadership traits and role model of the agile mind-set and principles
• Broad expertise across various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Experience working with scaled agile methodologies strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates robust understanding of business needs and drive performance and that result in best value outcomes
