Exports Administrator
to join our International Markets team in Athens
The role: Exports Administrator supports and coordinates international export operations. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, communicating with international customers and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
How you will contribute:

Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, shipping documents, etc.)

Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs agents

Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery to international customers

Maintain accurate export records and update internal systems

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding export activities

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Support the sales and logistics teams with administrative tasks related to exports
What you will bring :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business Administration or other relevant field
-
2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or operations roles
-
Previous experience in export administration, logistics, or international trade will be considered as a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
