The Dublin Regulation Assistant - interim support (Dublin Case Management) works under the supervision of EUAA and the Greek authorities in performing some or all of the following tasks:
- Process Dublin cases, analyse, gather information and prepare complete files for outgoing requests and relocation requests;
- Support in the processing of Dublin information requests;
- Carry out the steps necessary for ensuring the completion of each of the required documents and processes necessary for finalising a Dublin case, including case-follow up after transfer;
- Provide support and guidance to field locations under the guidance of the Greek Asylum Service, including through missions;
- Support in operational tasks of the unit, including case-management;
- Comply with the productivity targets;Participate in internal and external meetings, as requested;
- Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders, locally or in other locations, when requested;
- Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges;
- Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports;
- Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.
Requirements:
- University degree – preferred and advantageous;
- Sound demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks will be an advantage;
- Very good understanding of the Greek migration and asylum context;
- Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
- Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web-based applications;
- Very good intercultural/interdisciplinary communication and cooperation skills;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
