The Dublin Regulation Assistant - interim support (Dublin Case Management) works under the supervision of EUAA and the Greek authorities in performing some or all of the following tasks:

  • Process Dublin cases, analyse, gather information and prepare complete files for outgoing requests and relocation requests;
  • Support in the processing of Dublin information requests;
  • Carry out the steps necessary for ensuring the completion of each of the required documents and processes necessary for finalising a Dublin case, including case-follow up after transfer;
  • Provide support and guidance to field locations under the guidance of the Greek Asylum Service, including through missions; 
  • Support in operational tasks of the unit, including case-management;
  • Comply with the productivity targets;Participate in internal and external meetings, as requested;
  • Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders, locally or in other locations, when requested;
  • Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges;
  • Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports;
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.

Requirements:

  • University degree – preferred and advantageous;  
  • Sound demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks will be an advantage;
  • Very good understanding of the Greek migration and asylum context;
  • Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web-based applications;  
  • Very good intercultural/interdisciplinary communication and cooperation skills;  
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;  
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
