SPYRIDES GROUP, the leading provider of the Energy equipment and services industry, is looking for an HR Director with the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and line managers on people, culture and organizational effectiveness.
  • Cultivate a people-centric culture, strengthening engagement, collaboration and long-term employee growth across the Group.
  • Design and implement onboarding and integration processes that ensure a strong employee experience from day one.
  • Drive initiatives related to talent development, internal mobility, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and mediation, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Greek labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR team by providing strategic direction and oversight, while operational execution (payroll, recruitment, administration) is handled by specialized colleagues. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within large or multi-entity organizations
  • Proven experience in employee relations, culture building and organizational development
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
