Financial Business Plan Modelling, Senior Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Business Plan Modelling - Senior Manager to join our Business Development (BD) department, dealing with the financial analysis of the Property Management project. Our new colleague in this position shall provide the financial skillset required to support the business planning, development and budget evolution of the BD department projects and will be reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer.
In detail, the Financial Plan Modelling Senior Manager shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Prepares and maintains business plan models for the BD department.
- Monitors financial business models prepared by the BD department.
- Evaluation of submitted business plans by 3rd parties.
- Works closely with Group's finance department to provide in-depth analysis of the BD department projects.
- Collaborates with Group's treasury department to facilitate the BD department operational needs, including payment processing, invoice tracking, vendor payment flows, and cash‑flow alignment with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Participate in the monthly reporting and relevant procedures for the department.
- Prepare internal management reports as well as additional Ad Hoc analyses/reports using SAP tools.
- Supports the Budget and Forecast preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all group policies and maintain records to enable internal and external audit procedures.
- Cooperates efficiently with related departments and produces timely the required financial analyses.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, ideally combined with a Master's Degree, MBA and/or CFA.
- Advanced analytical skills with solid financial valuation and modelling track record (cash flow, IRR and DCF models).
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and activities.
- Advanced user of MS Office with solid Excel experience (spreadsheet connectivity, automation, macros etc.).
- SAP experience will be considered as a plus.
- Proficiency level in the English language.
Professional Experience:
- About 5- 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a well-established company in the real estate industry, facility management, hospitality, construction or retail industry. We also welcome candidacies from the Big Four/consulting industry or financial services.
