Our company, a commercial and technical company based in Piraeus, well established and expanding in the maritime market, is looking for a Technical Department Support Officer/ Service Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Handling/ coordination of domestic and overseas service inquiries
*Support of field service engineers to ensure normal work flow
*1st level technical support, addressing and resolving of any issues with them (complaints/claims).
*Service filing, records updating, preparing billing process
We look for candidates with:
*Able to multi-task effectively
*Works well with a team
*2-3 years of experience in related field (if available)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
*Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook)
*Bachelor’s Degree or University degree
*Experience with Softone platform
