We are seeking an experienced Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our team in a dynamic role combining construction oversight, renovations, and ongoing technical property maintenance.
This position involves supervising residential projects in Athens as well as in other regions of Greece, along with overseeing the technical maintenance of a corporate building.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee construction and renovation projects for residential properties
• Provide technical supervision and on-site coordination of works
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables
• Supervise and coordinate technical maintenance of residential buildings
• Oversee and manage the technical maintenance and operational condition of a corporate building
• Diagnose and resolve structural or technical issues in both residential and corporate properties
• Conduct site inspections within Athens and across other locations
Requirements
• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Extensive experience in residential construction and renovations
• Experience in building maintenance and facilities supervision (corporate or commercial buildings will be considered an asset)
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within Greece as required
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities
