Πλήρης απασχόλησηThe successful candidate must:
- Lead the Reservations function both on an operational and business development level.
- Manage communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, message or through a central reservation system.
- Monitor competitor pricing understand the dynamic of local market and the demand generators and recommend appropriate actions.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy to maximize sales.
- Monitor the digital marketing of the Resort.
- Prepare detailed action plan to manage revenue optimization.
- Establish reservation and distribution system.
- Oversee all revenue impacting online activities.
- Monitor pick up trends daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze demand and revenue trends to ensure performance against budget / market trends.
- Implement pricing strategy for OTA production.
- Process advance reservation deposits.
- Process reservations by mail, telephone, messages or through channel manager system.
- Determine room rates based on the selling tactics defined by management.
- Manage the Reservation team regarding guest communication throughout reservation channel.
- Ensure that daily correspondence is handled in a timely and efficient manner as well as that all inquiries and reservations are equally attended.
- Manage visibility of guest review in platforms.
- Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information.
- Determine PMS function and configure listings and rates on the PMS.
- Yield management.
- Upselling.
- Perform other business development tasks and assignments as requested by the management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 2-6 years in a similar role (Hotel or other related industry i.e. sales, travel).
- Experience in Channel Manager, PMS, OTA is desirable.
- Must possess a customer first mentality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills with numbers.
- Advanced skills in analyzing booking patterns and market trends.
- Excellent time management and organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma: Revenue & Yield Management, Hospitality Management, Finance or relevant.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
