Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous working experience as a Front Office Agent / Receptionist, ideally in a 5* hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
