Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and quality.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following proper sanitation and storage practices.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing time effectively to meet service demands.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in a 5* hotel.
• Diploma of Culinary Art studies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and processes.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavors, and culinary trends.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
