Cegeka Cybersecurity & Network Division is driven by a passionate & specialized team and continues to grow across the Globe. To further support our growth we are recruiting a (Sr.) Cybersecurity & Network Solutions Pre-Sales.

 

As Cybersecurity & Network Solutions Pre-Sales, you are responsible for working with our clients as well as with the Cegeka sales teams to understand client requirements & security risks, propose technical & managed security & Network solutions and guide our client to the right solution in a consultative way. You have a proven experience in Cybersecurity & Networking and the capability to propose, present and articulate such solutions to our clients in a presales context.

Responsibilities:

  • Towards our customers, you work directly with our technical and sales teams to:
  • Understand the security & Network requirements of our clients & prospects and translate them to a solution architecture.
  • Present and propose both technical and managed security services solutions to our clients & prospects.
  • Elaborate and present proposals regarding the IT infrastructure, technologically as well as financially impact.
  • Answer to specifications and tenders, including the entire cost price calculations like requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
  • Create business cases & innovation roadmaps and elaborate pricing in order to optimize the client's IT architecture.
  • Knowledge transfer to the operational teams regarding architectural solutions in order to guarantee efficient handover.
  • As a Cybersecurity & Network Solutions Pre-Sales you will have a broad understanding of the Cyber Security & Network landscape and use this knowledge to guide clients to the right solution set.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Managed Services, including Cegeka Modern SOC & NOC Services. Be experienced as well on other domains like Network, Infrastructure & Cloud Security, Endpoint security, Security & Network Consulting and other.
  • Detect the market and client needs in order to ensure the continuous innovation.
  • Stay well-informed of the evolutions regarding new IT developments, keep his/her knowledge up-to-date within the context of the evolutions in order to strengthen his/her credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.
  • As a subject matter expert you also capture feedback from sales teams on pricing and value propositions and work with the product manager to improve the service. you will work out proposal templates and other sales documents & tools together with the product managers

 

Requirements:

  • The Cybersecurity & Network Solutions Pre-Sales requires subject matter expertise in the Cybersecurity & Network (>5 years) and able to understand customer Security & Network challenges and requirements and discuss such challenges with our clients and prospects.
  • A proven experience in Managed Detection & Response services / SOC Services is needed
  • A proven experience in Secure Networking (Firewalls, Switches SASE,…) Services is needed.
  • CISSP, CCNA,… certification or similar certifications are a plus.
  • You have knowledge of vendor solutions of Microsoft/CrowdStrike/Cisco/Fortinet/F5)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and experience in a presales role is a must.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into security solutions throughout the presales phase and specializes in the Cegeka Managed Services portfolio.
  • The Cybersecurity & Network Solutions pre-sales must be able to work autonomously to assist in developing client proposals and support the sales teams & clients with specialized expertise. This includes responding to customer demands, respond to RFP requests and have an advising role to customers during sales cycles.
  • A customer oriented attitude and strong communication & presentation skills are a requirement.
  • Logical thinking & systematic approach for problem solving.
  • Your work location can be a flexible combination of Cegeka offices, homeworking and client locations.
  • You will be part of the Cegeka Global solution department and primarily serve the Dutch & Belgian market and willing to travel and support our Global teams and customers in different other countries.
  • Fluent in communication and perfect knowledge of English. (Dutch or French is a plus).
