Client Advisor (Luxury Brand)

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking to recruit a Client Advisor for its boutique in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by consistently exceeding client expectations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Actively participate in client events and represent the brand as a true ambassador
• Provide clients with insights on fashion trends and developments within the luxury market
• Ensure adherence to in-store security standards to safeguard customers, team members, and merchandise
• Support the day-to-day operations of the store

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Fluency in English
