A leading organization within retail sector is seeking a Store Manager to assume full leadership of one of the highest-volume store in Greece.
The role requires a strong leader with the ability to drive commercial performance, inspire large teams, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Impact
• Drive store growth and commercial performance by continuously enhancing product visibility, store layout, and customer experience across all departments
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, suppliers, and internal corporate teams
• Optimize inventory levels by ensuring accurate stock management, effective replenishment, and alignment with commercial purchasing strategies
• Maximize store profitability by actively managing controllable costs and identifying efficiency and margin improvement opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and implement actionable commercial recommendations
• Organize and optimize workforce planning and scheduling to ensure efficient staffing coverage and operational effectiveness
• Take full ownership of store performance, ensuring accountability across all commercial, operational, and customer service KPIs
• Lead daily communication with teams and management to review performance, align priorities, and drive execution excellence
• Inspire, motivate, and engage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives
• Create and sustain a positive working environment that drives employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across a large workforce
• Ensure full regulatory compliance by monitoring validity of all required licenses and certifications (health & safety, fire safety, pest control, etc.) and enforcing integrated company policies
• Leverage customer feedback and service insights to continuously enhance operational performance and elevate the customer experience
Your Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or commercial operations within large-scale or fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Demonstrated passion for driving retail performance and leading high-performing store teams in a large-scale environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, develop, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and performance excellence
• Strong commercial awareness and solid understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and business drivers
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with numbers, interpret data, and develop forecasts, budgets, and commercial analyses
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational and planning abilities in complex, fast-paced environments
• Excellent delegation and execution skills, with a proven track record of successfully implementing operational and strategic plans
