ACCESSORIES BUYER

B&F Group, a leading player in the women’s fashion industry with a strong international footprint, is looking for an Accessories Buyer to join our team.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong eye for trends and a deep understanding of the accessories category (bags, belts, jewelry, etc.), who can translate fashion direction into successful product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development of the accessories collection in line with brand identity and seasonal strategy
- Conduct market and trend analysis to identify product opportunities
- Build and manage a strong supplier network (local & international)
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and production timelines
- Oversee product development from concept to final delivery
- Monitor samples and ensure product quality and consistency
- Manage orders and ensure on-time delivery
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in fashion buying, ideally in accessories
- Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Advanced use of Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to travel frequently
