- Phase 1: Local Competition
Online assessment tests – both personality and technical
Virtual interview with EY Greece’s Talent & SaT hiring team
Presentation of a case study to EY Greece’s SaT and Talent Leadership at our premises in Athens
- Phase 2: Preparation for the Global Competition
The winner will be coached to represent EY Greece on the global event that will take place in fall 2023
- Phase 3: Global Competition
The Greek finalist will compete on a final stage that will take place in one of the countries around the world where EY operates
Who can apply
- All undergraduate (3rd year and above) and post-graduate students with Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Statistics, or relevant studies
- Strong interest and motivation for financial advisory, transactions and/or strategy field
- No working experience needed
What we look for
- Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
- Passion for SaT services
- Fluency in the use of MS packages, in particular Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Agile, growth-oriented mindset
- Curious and purpose driven
