Role: Full-time, permanent contract

Location: Schimatari, Greece (free company bus provided from Athens & Chalkida)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday  07:30 - 15:30

The Role:

The Packaging Coordinator is responsible for coordinating packaging operations while ensuring full compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS). The role focuses on management of DMS, TMS, SOP lifecycle, and SAP-related packaging activities. The Packaging Coordinator will work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain departments to maintain seamless operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily packaging activities. Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure all packaging activities comply with QMS and GMP. Participate in deviations, CAPA, and change control. Support audits preparation.
  • Maintain controlled documentation in DMS. Ensure version control, approvals, and traceability.
  • Coordinate training activities via TMS. Ensure personnel are trained and compliant with SOPs.
  • Develop, revise, and update SOPs. Ensure alignment with operations and regulations.
  • Act as SAP key user. Manage master data, recipes, BOMs, and support packaging orders.
  • Participate in equipment projects and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Monitor and manage packaging materials stock and procurement coordination.
  • Train staff and ensure adherence to GMP and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations, quality, and inventory.

The Person:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer or any relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant packaging experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • SAP experience
