The role of Retention Specialist is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your ‘day to day’ tasks:

• Support the development and execution of retention strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer lifecycle stages.
• Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Planning, Digital, Consumer Experience) to ensure seamless execution of retention programs.
• Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, reactivation rate, and upgrade conversion, and propose optimizations.
• Assist in preparing internal presentations showcasing retention impact
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty and retention.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.          
• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or subscription-based services preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms).
• Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
