We’re looking for a Consumer Programs Lead to join our SFP team in Cyprus. In this role, you’ll lead the activation and deployment of consumer programs for Reduced Risk Products (RRPs), ensuring high-quality execution and maximizing ROI through strategic project management.

Your ‘day to day’

• Develop and align acquisition and retention strategies using business and consumer insights.
• Ensure all programs activities are consistent with Market strategy, adapting based on channel specificities ensuring a swift Consumer Experience and serving on consumer needs.
• Lead end-to-end project management, from design to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and program effectiveness.
• Enhance commercial programs targeting consumer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and adapt programs based on real-time market feedback.
• Monitor and analyze program performance to identify success drivers and areas for improvement.

Who we’re looking for:

• University degree with 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Customer Care, or Strategy/Commercial Planning.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, positive, and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Digital experience is a plus.
