Role

The mission of this position is to lead the team successfully and without distractions to high performance of the team within their area of responsibility. They are responsible for eliminating inconsistencies, providing their team members with the necessary support, unleash the team members’ talents, and helping shape their path to Performance Heroes. They lead their team to a reputation of Wow Makers, ensuring the continuity of our excellent service delivery.

Main responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage their areas of responsibility, in particular ensuring that the delivery of services to internal and external customers is done in accordance with all agreements and standards of service, including the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage teams informing them of lead measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the importance of achievement.
  • Organise and delegate the employees’ workload as well as monitoring, supervising and guiding them to make sure the work is done correctly.
  • Assume responsibility of escalated issues and manage to reach a successful conclusion.
  • Act as the communication link between team members and Management, breaking down the company’s mission and objectives to the team, ensuring that everybody understands their individual roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively improve personal skills to achieve better performance and to improve the quality of daily business as well as motivate and train employees to ensure that the team delivers the needed performance.
  • Continuous contribution to fulfilling the department goals and improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Professional and disciplinary management responsibility.
  • Ensuring regular knowledge transfer among the team members.
  • Handling of internal and external client's requests.
  • Support the team in the daily work and training new team members from different locations.
  • Monitoring and optimization of Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

  • Fluent German. French will be considered as a strong asset.
  • Leadership experience in former positions.
  • Open minded and logical thinking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
