ELTRAK Group of Companies a leading provider of heavy equipment and power solutions, is seeking to recruit an IT Technical/Engineering Delivery Manager at its Kifisia premises.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Technical Manager who will own end-to-end delivery of large IT/software projects and oversee daily IT development progress and needs.
The person will be responsible for translating business needs into technical execution plans, as gathered and analyzed by the IT Business Analyst. Together, they will act as the liaison between Business teams and IT Development team(s).
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a problem-solving mindset, be able to work in teams, and have strong communication, technical, and project management skills. The ability to understand, analyze, and document business processes and procedures is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate functional specifications and business needs into technical execution specifications and plans
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering
• Guide developers on architecture, design decisions, and trade-offs
• Create workflows with the IT Business Analyst that align with business rules
• Work with the development team to achieve results that balance performance, system stability, and user experience
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and software development projects
• Design appropriate User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Oversee UAT and test cases across all testing phases
• Create project plans and ensure proper and timely execution
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams at all levels
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with related teams
• Oversee DevOps activities, including deployment, versioning, and repositories
• Make decisions within the guidelines set by the CIO
• Contribute to the planning and execution of ERP & CRM implementation projects, which are core business/operational systems
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field (e.g. Management), or 5+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management and/or DevOps Development
• Ability to write and edit technical documentation and analysis
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365, will be considered a plus
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects will be considered an asset
• Consulting experience or knowledge of Agile methodology will be considered a plus
• Proven technical background in web applications, specifically .NET technologies, will be considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with modern software technologies (e.g. RESTful APIs, Web APIs, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, OAuth2, Tokenization) will be considered an asset
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively within a team and across the organization
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on end-user support
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily communication
