Role

• Identifying Automation Potential: Actively seek out and identify repetitive tasks and processes within the company that are ripe for automation.
• Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes across various IT Fieldservice domains.
• Designing Automation Flows: Define and design efficient flows for automation, aligning them with business objectives and IT infrastructure.
• Guiding Development: Collaborate with Automation Experts to guide the development of automation flows based on identified needs.
• Testing and Validation: Test and validate the developed automation flows to ensure they function as intended and bring value to the business.
• Documentation and Handover: Prepare comprehensive documentation for the automated processes and hand them over to the users, ensuring they understand the new workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and stay updated with the latest trends in business process analysis and automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Process Analyst.
• Solid technical knowledge of the Power Automate platform.
• Ability to quickly understand and immerse in various fields and processes.
• Skilled in testing automated processes to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Excellent command of the English language.
