A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support payroll operations and day-to-day HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze payroll-related data including overtime, shifts, leaves, absences, and other payroll components
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR support, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related documentation
- Prepare HR reports, presentations and administrative documentation
- Support payroll processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR/payroll-related roles
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with ERGANI and HRMS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of discretion and attention to detail
