A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support payroll operations and day-to-day HR administration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and analyze payroll-related data including overtime, shifts, leaves, absences, and other payroll components
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR support, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related documentation
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations and administrative documentation
  • Support payroll processes  

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR/payroll-related roles
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Familiarity with ERGANI and HRMS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and attention to detail
