Senior HR Business Partner

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Athens.  

Scope: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with internal policies and Greek labor legislation. 

• Support recruitment and selection across all levels, contributing to effective talent acquisition and workforce planning. 

• Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and development cycles. 

• Maintain organizational structures, update job descriptions, and prepare salary proposals. 

• Participate in compensation & benefits design, benchmarking, and implementation. 

• Coordinate benefits administration and communicate updates to employees. 

• Prepare and monitor HR KPIs such and workforce metrics. 

• Support training and development initiatives, including annual training plans and capability‑building programs. 

• Drive employee engagement through surveys, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Lead or participate in HR projects related to organizational development, process optimization, and HR systems. 

• Promote, uphold, and embed the company’s values across all HR processes, ensuring they are reflected in daily behaviors, decision‑making, and people practices. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is desired 

• 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR operations or HRBP roles. 

• Strong knowledge of Greek employment law and HR best practices. 

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. 

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities. 

• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
