As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Athens.
Scope: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with internal policies and Greek labor legislation.
- Support recruitment and selection across all levels, contributing to effective talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and development cycles.
- Maintain organizational structures, update job descriptions, and prepare salary proposals.
- Participate in compensation & benefits design, benchmarking, and implementation.
- Coordinate benefits administration and communicate updates to employees.
- Prepare and monitor HR KPIs such and workforce metrics.
- Support training and development initiatives, including annual training plans and capability‑building programs.
- Drive employee engagement through surveys, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or participate in HR projects related to organizational development, process optimization, and HR systems.
- Promote, uphold, and embed the company’s values across all HR processes, ensuring they are reflected in daily behaviors, decision‑making, and people practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is desired
- 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR operations or HRBP roles.
- Strong knowledge of Greek employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
