ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join its HR team.

📌 Location: Athens, Attica
📍 Work Model: Hybrid
🖋️ Reporting to: HR Manager

 

🎯 Role Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting and implementing the company’s Compensation & Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market practices.
The position contributes to maintaining competitive and fair reward structures, while supporting employee satisfaction and cost efficiency

 

 

🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation analysis for new hires, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring alignment with internal parity, market benchmarks, and budget guidelines.
  • Contribute to the administration of bonus schemes, allowances, and participation in compensation & benefits surveys.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration ensuring smooth execution and employee support.
  • Coordinate and support employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
  • Contribute to staff budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as ongoing workforce cost tracking.
  • Handle various processes such as SAP orders & expense monitoring, with accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the communication and implementation of C&B policies, ensuring clarity and positive employee experience.

 

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with HRMS systems (SAP experience will be considered an asset)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
