About the Role: 

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the People & Culture team in day-to-day HR activities and ongoing projects that enhance employee experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to key HR areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development and HR operations. 

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to real business initiatives, and gain practical experience in modern People & Culture practices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

Main requirements:

• Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 
• Minimum academic requirements: 

• Copy of academic transcripts is a must  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail 
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
