Human Resources Intern

Prerequisites:

Candidates must be available for a minimum 5-month internship period and must have official confirmation from their academic institution that they are eligible to complete an internship.

What you’ll do:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Assist with employee engagement and HR projects
• Help maintain accurate HR records and systems
• Gain hands-on exposure to real hotel HR operations

Who you are:

• Studying HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Organized, discreet, and eager to learn
• Passionate about people, culture, and premium hospitality
• Fluent in Greek and English
