Role

Become a part of our HR project management team and take on the planning and coordination of exciting projects within in a global IT-service environment.

With us you will enjoy real and comprehensive project management responsibility and have the opportunity to influence the conception, creation and implementation of HR roadmap topics.

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of HR transformation projects in the areas of organizational development, process optimization and digitalization.
• As one of the critical interfaces of the HR function, you are in constant coordination with internal stakeholders and thus take on an important role in achieving all project goals.
• Through your ideas as well as your proactive and solution-oriented approach, you create real added value for the company, our employees and all HR functions.

Requirements

• You have a degree in human resources, business administration, computer science or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience in project management in an international company.
• You can clearly define and communicate project goals, requirements and expectations.
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and leading projects with international teams on a global level.
• You have a strategic outlook paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking and working.
