Recruitment Services | Kariera.gr, on behalf of a leading multinational company in the industrial equipment & intralogistics sector, is looking for a skilled Financial Reporting & Tax Associate to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Reporting & Tax Associate will ensure high standards of tax compliance and financial accuracy within a structured multinational environment. The role combines exposure to tax, financial reporting, and audit processes, with active involvement in statutory audits, IFRS reporting cycles, and digital tax transformation initiatives (e-books/myDATA, e-invoicing, e-delivery).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage on tax compliance processes related to e-books (myDATA), e-invoicing, and e-delivery, while supporting broader tax obligations (e.g. TAXISnet submissions and documentation preparation).
  • Point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors regarding digital tax requirements.
  • Assist Accounting Manager in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements in accordance with local regulations.
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of annual Assurance and Tax Audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to Month-End Close process,  based on IFRS standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (local files & supporting analysis).
  • Monitor Intercompany Billing (ICB) and vendor invoices, ensuring proper accounting treatment and compliance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting files based on SAP data, contributing to financial and commercial reporting (sales, expenses, performance analysis).
  • Participate in internal control procedures, providing supporting documentation and analysis to the Finance Director.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, HR, and Commercial to ensure accurate financial data flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm (Tax or Audit) or in a well-structured accounting environment
  • Exposure to tax compliance and financial reporting processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis & reporting)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, IESOEL, or Tax Diploma) and exposure to IFRS and/or Transfer Pricing will be considered strong assets
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving
