ManpowerGroup, on behalf of Frigoglass, a leading multinational company in the cooling solutions industry, is seeking a Service Systems and Technical Audits Coordinator to join the Service Organization.

 🖋️You will be reporting to: Service Technical Support Manager
 

What you will do:

The role supports the daily operation of service systems and platforms, providing  support to Service Operations, supporting the implementation and configuration of service systems, and testing new developments.
The position also coordinates Technical Audits with local service teams to evaluate the quality of services provided ,while monitoring and analyzing service performance KPIs .


More specifically:

• Assist with the rollout of Service Systems in new markets and for new customers.
• Assess the quality and performance of newly developed systems before they are released into production.
• Provide operational support to local service teams by resolving daily system issues and assisting with configuration tasks (such as models, refrigerants, asset setup, spare-parts compatibility, and new asset registration).
• Coordinate the annual Technical Audit program together with local service teams and monitor its progress.
• Monitor Audit Quality KPIs, prepare analytical reports, and help develop improvement actions to enhance service quality.
• Carry out random audit inspections and cross-verification visits within local Service Operations.
• Track service calls related to newly introduced ICM models and field-testing projects to detect potential product performance issues.
• Analyze failure rates and operational data to identify quality or performance concerns in Frigoglass ICMs serviced through the Frigoglass Service Network.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of a technical educational institution (University, Technological Institute, or Technical/Vocational School)
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ERP, CRM, service platforms, and mobile applications
• Good understanding of business and service processes
• Previous experience in customer service or sales functions will be considered an advantage
